About the role At Zenskar, we build products that handle the complexity of billing, collections, accounting and integrations. We're hiring Product Managers to take significant ownership of product areas end to end. The role involves understanding customer problems, deciding what to build, and working with engineering to deliver solutions that work in practice. What You'll Own Own a product area end to end: understand customer problems, set priorities, and work with engineering to deliver solutions. Make decisions on scope and tradeoffs, and write clear requirements that account for real workflows and edge cases. Keep customers and internal teams informed about commitments and releases, and maintain documentation that helps customers use what we build. By the end of your first 90 days We expect you to have taken ownership of a product area and to have: Understood its main customer workflows, current capabilities, and gaps through customer conversations and hands-on use of the product. Identified the most important problems to solve and agreed on priorities with the team, with clear reasoning for what comes first and what can wait. Turned a prioritised problem into clear requirements, covering the customer experience, important edge cases, and tradeoffs with engineering. Driven a scoped improvement from discovery through release, and checked whether it solved the intended customer problem. Established clear communication with customers and internal teams about progress, decisions, and commitments. By this point, you should be able to drive work in your area independently, recognise when you need input, and bring the right people into a decision. Who you are 2.5-4.5 years of experience, with a background in B2B SaaS product management. Can break down an ambiguous problem, ask useful questions, and reason from first principles. Can independently drive a product area and work effectively with customers, engineering, sales, and customer success. Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, including with US customers. Understand technical concepts well enough to discuss tradeoffs with engineering and connect them to product outcomes. Good to have Experience with analytics and integrations. You should not apply if You need a fully defined problem before you can start working. You prefer jumping into solutions over understanding the problem. Every round owns a distinct signal, and concerns from earlier rounds carry forward so later rounds can support or challenge earlier impressions. R0, Recruiter screen: Your current and past experience, personal ownership versus coordination, and practical fit on location, compensation, and notice period. R1, Product solutioning: A common live problem statement to assess discovery, structured thinking, prioritisation, and technical judgment. R2, Past-project deep dive: An end-to-end discussion of work you have done-your decisions, tradeoffs, ownership, and impact. R3, Final discussion: A reliability or bar-raiser check on concerns from earlier rounds, with culture fit assessed primarily here. We'll share feedback and next steps promptly after each round.
