Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the Sales and Support technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a specific emphasis and track record on leveraging Generative AI to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop, articulate, and champion a clear product vision and strategy for Sales and Support technologies, incorporating Generative AI capabilities to innovate and improve customer interactions.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product development and positioning.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed 4-quarterly product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and feasibility. Present roadmap progress and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UX design, sales, legal, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication, alignment and collaboration across distributed teams and geographies.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers & key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. Use this feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Generative AI / Agentic AI Integration: Leverage Generative AI / Agentic AI technologies to develop innovative solutions that enhance sales and support processes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply them to product development. Collaborate with business, engineering and data science teams to prototype, validate, and launch AI-powered features that drive automation, personalization, and efficiency

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with a focus on Sales and Support technologies. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding and track record of implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI technologies and their applications in the Sales and Support domain. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools is highly desirable.
• Experience with Leading AI Platforms: Experience with industry-leading AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, or AWS SageMaker is highly desirable. Familiarity with integrating these platforms into enterprise-scale CRM and
support systems is a strong advantage. Demonstrated success in leveraging these technologies to design scalable, intelligent solutions that enhance user productivity, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes will set you apart.

The Challenge

Adobe is seeking as UNIX Administrator with excellent technical, process and automation skills to be part of High-Performance Cloud Operations Team. As an Infrastructure Administrator, this person is responsible for the daily administration of Linux and Unix servers in a business application environment. This includes general system administration tasks, software and hardware support, system configuration, system monitoring. This person must have excellent Linux/Unix administration experience, with customer relation skills. Candidate should be able to work with business application administrators, helping troubleshoot their applications and guide them with standard methodologies. Candidate must be able to express thoughts clearly and capable of working in a team or as a sole contributor. Individual should be self-motivated with very good communication skills. Main point responsible for the overall operability, resiliency, performance, and capacity of owned production services.

What you'll do
  • System Administration - This person would be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all Linux based servers. This includes monitoring the trouble ticket queue, system troubleshooting, hardware and software system changes, scripting, patching, system performance monitoring, system sizing, system integration, upgrade implementation, and hardware diagnostics.
  • Application support – This person would work with application administrators to help fix and fine-tune applications and also if required guide application administrators in standard processes related to using the underlying UNIX infrastructure.
  • Documentation – Maintain all system documentation.

What you need to succeed
  • Unix/Linux System Administration: In-depth experience with Unix/Linux servers (especially Suse, RHEL, CentOS) for installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform etc.) to streamline deployments and manage configurations.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform UNIX builds,
  • Understanding patch management utilizing RedHat Satellite, IBM NIM, or SUSE Manager.
  • Networking Knowledge: Strong grasp of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, etc.) and system connectivity for effective troubleshooting in distributed environments.
  • Working knowledge of Virtual machine management (VmWare, OpenShift) TCP/IP functionality, networking, Remote administration, cloning, migration, etc.
  • Security Best Practices: Expertise in system security – user access controls, OS hardening, patch management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

~Work with Terraform - Extensive skills with terraform, developing out our terraform platform.

~Work with Ansible - deeper experience, not just pushing code; candidate must have created, deployed, and developed Ansible across the entire stack.

~Basic OS support and maintenance - Somebody that can jump into the OS a little bit and do support/maintenance -not going to be the major part of this role - as they primarily deal with RHEL.

~SUSE and AIX

~Python - Candidate should be able to jump in and do some coding themselves to integrate components.

~Candidate must have very extensive skills with Terraform, Ansible, and either OpenShift or VM, and be able to tie it all together - integrate components and make the system work end-to-end

~Configuration management — configuration management is going to be about components, need somebody that can jump in and work with it not just follow runbooks
