Job Title: Product Manager - Retail Product Lines 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 12 months
Hybrid: Mon Thurs onsite, Fri remote
Job role:
On-site role at PHK; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
Contract will run ~1 year from start date
Potential for both international and domestic travel; 2-3 trips max
Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
5-7 years experience minimum required in a product-adjacent role (more preferred)
Top must-have skills include the following:
Organizational skills
Knowledge of fashion/retail/footwear industry (cultural acumen)
Product creation experience/knowledge
Presentation skills (Keynote, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with little oversight

Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
Prior Client experience (or experience with a similar competitor)
Retail environment knowledge
Cross functional merchandising experience
Franchise management experience
Experience running focus groups/extracting insight and taking an idea from conception to fruition
ETW will support work on the NSW Icons team, which oversees 70% of footwear business
Will work with ~12 on direct team, but very cross functional role; will coordinate with design, color, graphics, merchandising, development, etc.
1-2 round of interviews anticipated
Lead PLM, NSW Icons, Global Footwear Role Purpose:
The Lead PLM, NSW Modern, Global Footwear plays a pivotal role in driving Sportswear s modern and revolutionary model creation and seasonal execution.
This role requires an innovator s mindset - vision, confidence, risk-taking, open-mindedness, mental agility, and passion - leading fearlessly with a propensity to drive teams towards new and unconventional solutions.
As a key line owner, this role ensures consumer-right, brand-defining products are developed and delivered with excellence.
The Lead PLM partners across functions to translate consumer insight and brand vision into actionable briefs, ensuring product lines meet both creative and commercial objectives.
This role influences across the product engine, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely execution that fuels the success of Sportswear s next major franchise
Key Responsibilities:
Seasonal Product Line Management
Own and manage seasonal product plans across assigned categories, franchises, or concepts within NSW Modern. Ensure seasonal product ranges reflect consumer, brand, and commercial priorities.
Brief Creation & Product Strategy
Create and deliver product briefs grounded in consumer insight, trend relevance, and brand direction.
Guide the product creation process from briefing through hand-off in partnership with Design and Development.
Product Execution & Operational Excellence
Maintain accuracy and data integrity across seasonal line planning tools and systems.
Ensure timely execution and alignment of deliverables across the creation process.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive collaboration with global and geo merchandising, consumer insights, and GTM teams.
Act as a connector to ensure seasonal product stories are communicated clearly and land with impact across markets.
Success Metrics
Successful and timely delivery of seasonal products aligned with revenue and margin goals.
Product briefs and storytelling that resonate with consumers and enable successful GTM execution.
Strength of internal partnerships and collaborative product creation process.
