    Product Manager, Radiology Informatics

    The Product Manager will define and drive the strategy, roadmap and implementation of serviceability and supportability solutions for Vue PACS, helping increase deployment and upgrade stability, improve end-to-end visibility of system health, and enable proactive monitoring.

    Your role:

    • You will be part of The Radiology Informatics (RI) team
    • Define detailed requirements for product, solution and service development, using customer insights, market trends and strategic marketing priorities to optimize value and support long-term business objectives.
    • Lead the strategy, roadmap and implementation of serviceability and supportability solutions for Vue PACS, with a focus on improving deployment and upgrade velocity, stability, support tools, system health visibility and proactive monitoring.
    • Develop detailed product, software and lifecycle specifications aligned with portfolio marketing strategy and customer needs.
    • Build business cases and value propositions to justify investment decisions, with accountability for business case development, commercial impact, installed base considerations and technical simplicity.
    • Partner with commercial, SSD, regional Centers of Excellence, regulatory, quality, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to guide channel strategies, go-to-market plans, claims roadmaps, testing protocols and lifecycle execution.
    • Stay close to the market from the Genoa location and work with commercial and SSD leaders to shape and execute the serviceability and supportability strategy.

    You're the right fit if:

    • 3+years of experience in Product Management or Product Implementation and Support Leadership.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
    • Experience in leading/implanting serviceability, supportability, observability tools, support tools, proactive monitoring and system health visibility.
    • Experience developing product, software and lifecycle specifications, business cases, claims roadmaps, go-to-market plans and product performance insights.
    • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, service, support, regulatory, quality and regional teams to translate customer, market and business needs into actionable product requirements.
    • Fluent level of English with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead complex stakeholder conversations, manage challenging discussions, and drive alignment toward agreements.
    • Preferred: experience working in large services and support organizations.
    • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within healthcare technology, medical devices, or health informatics.

    Compensation & benefits

    Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is €43,420.00 - €72,366.66. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a short-term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.     How we work together

    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

    Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

    Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

    This is an office role.

    This role is not open to relocation.
