    Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
    • Develop and execute product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps for digital products or platforms, balancing client needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and operational considerations.
    • Lead product discovery activities by gathering, analyzing, and translating client feedback, market research, competitive insights, operational pain points, and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
    • Own and prioritize the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing dependencies, and sequencing work across multiple Agile teams to maximize business value.
    • Partner with technology, UX, operations, risk, legal, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
    • Serve as Product Manager throughout the Agile development lifecycle, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, release planning, and production readiness activities.
    • Lead cross-functional teams through complex product implementations, system integrations, platform modernizations, and client-facing feature releases while managing scope, timeline, and delivery risks.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate product, operational, regulatory, compliance, and audit risks; ensure products operate within established controls, governance standards, and enterprise policies.
    • Analyze product performance using client adoption, transaction volume, revenue, operational efficiency, defect, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
    • Drive modernization initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies, industry trends, digital capabilities, and automation opportunities to improve client experiences and operational effectiveness.
    • Advocate for client needs by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to improve user journeys, eliminate friction points, and enhance overall product usability and satisfaction.
    • Develop business cases, product presentations, status reporting, and executive communications to support investment decisions, prioritization discussions, and leadership reviews.
    • Measure and communicate realized business value, including client adoption, operational efficiencies, risk reduction, revenue growth, cost savings, and strategic outcomes resulting from product investments.

    Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
    • 5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner or related experience delivering digital products, platforms, or client-facing technology solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, strategic priorities, and backlogs within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
    • Experience writing detailed Features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, business stakeholders, risk, legal, compliance, and audit partners.
    • Experience managing products within highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, payments, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, release management, and product delivery best practices.
    • Experience analyzing product performance metrics, client feedback, operational data, and business outcomes to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across multiple teams without direct management authority.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience preparing materials and delivering updates to senior leadership and executive audiences.
    • Proven track record leading product enhancements, digital transformation efforts, modernization initiatives, or large-scale platform implementations.

    Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
    • Experience supporting money movement products such as ACH, Wires, RTP, FedNow, Bill Pay, Zelle, Internal Transfers, External Transfers, or related payment solutions.
    • Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management practices, audit requirements, and payment operations.
    • Experience with digital banking platforms, client onboarding, payment modernization, or real-time payment capabilities.
