Mandatory Requirements

• Domain Experience: Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry background.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful product delivery.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Delivery.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and digital product ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in digital transformation and data-driven product development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or research platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and data-driven products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and Generative AI applications in digital product development.
