Role: Product Manager - Product Operations(23792-1)
Location: St Louis, MO (5D Onsite)

Responsibilities*
* Manage, oversee, and optimize the product lifecycle using Aha! (roadmaps, releases, features, dependencies, and workflows).
* Drive process improvements across the product development lifecycle to improve time-to-market and product quality.
* Partner with Engineering Operations to monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and performance metrics.
* Define and enforce product development standards and success criteria.
* Ensure product pods are completing cross-functional planning: road mapping, scoping and prioritization alignment
* Lead governance for feature milestones, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
* Develop and maintain documentation for product processes, playbooks, and handoffs.
* Drive adoption of best practices in agile, product ops, and tool governance.
* Support training and onboarding for team members on Aha! and product processes.
* Contribute to incident response and post-mortems for product/services outages affecting sites.
