Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a strategic and visionary Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. In this position, you will lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers.

Antcom is part of the Aerospace & Defense division and this position will join a high-performance team focused on the quick-turn, customized design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality antenna products. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P''s industry leading technology when building their own solutions. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance, California and follows an onsite work model.

Responsibilities

As our Product Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Long term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers

• Working with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio

• Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets

• Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies

• "Go-to-market" strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral

• Gather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy

• Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions

• Evaluate competitive products and technology trends

• Accountable for the success of new product launches

• National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs

• Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industry
• Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Antenna technology
• 10+ years of B2B experience in hardware technologies

Compensation & Benefits

Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the company's discretion.

Hiring Salary Range: $104,600.00 - $167,300.00 USD

Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.

Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefit plan that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and a generous 401(k) company match. We also provide tax savings plans for health, dependent care and some commuter expenses.
