Responsibilities: of the Product Manager - Personal Loan Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies to expand personal loan originations, market share, and portfolio profitability Own the full product lifecycle, from business case development and pricing strategy through launch, growth, and performance optimization Build financial models, business cases, and executive presentations to support new product launches and strategic initiatives Evaluate lending economics, credit risk, pricing, competitive positioning, and customer acquisition opportunities Lead digital lending initiatives to streamline applications, improve approval processes, and increase conversion rates Partner with Credit Risk, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to translate business strategies into actionable initiatives Define and monitor KPIs including loan originations, approval rates, conversion rates, portfolio growth, and profitability Identify opportunities for new products, customer segments, distribution channels, and fintech partnerships Present strategic recommendations and financial performance insights to executive leadership Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage a small team supporting product strategy and growth Qualifications: for the Product Manager - Personal Loan Strategy and Growth: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 10+ years of experience in consumer lending, product strategy, business growth, or financial services 2+ years of direct management experience Strong background in personal loans, unsecured lending, or consumer financial products Demonstrated experience developing, launching, and scaling financial products Experience building business cases, financial models, pricing strategies, and executive-level recommendations Deep understanding of credit risk, underwriting, lending economics, and portfolio profitability Experience driving customer acquisition, digital lending growth, and product performance optimization Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial KPIs and market opportunities Excellent executive communication, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking, credit unions, fintech, or consumer lending organizations Experience launching new lending products and expanding digital distribution channels MBA or related advanced degree Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools Agile Product Manager, Product Owner, or PMP certification Compensation: for the Product Manager - Personal Loan Strategy and Growth includes: Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and Paid Holidays #LI-MM1 #LI-HYBRID
