The B2B Product Solutions team is responsible for owning and evolving a portfolio of internal B2B platforms that support core enterprise capabilities, including project and portfolio management (PPM), planning, execution, reporting, and integrations. The team takes a product-led approach to internal tools, focusing on customer needs, data-driven insights, platform scalability, and long-term value delivery.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the ongoing management, optimization, and adoption of our Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools within the DX Technology and Digital organization. This role will partner with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze information, document needs, support prioritization, and help ensure PPM solutions continue to deliver value for users. As a junior product management role, the Product Analyst will contribute to product discovery, operational support, reporting, enablement, and continuous improvement while building product management skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing evolution of PPM tools by helping gather user feedback, document needs, and identify opportunities to improve user experience, process efficiency, and business value.
- Assist Product Managers with product planning activities, including backlog refinement, roadmap inputs, requirements documentation, and analysis of requests against business priorities.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems, clarify requirements, distinguish needs from wants, and ensure requests are documented clearly for evaluation and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, data partners, and UX resources to support requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria, testing coordination, and delivery readiness.
- Support tool adoption, governance, and standardization by helping maintain documentation, process guidance, training materials, and user communications.
- Assist with analysis and coordination related to integrations, data flows, automation opportunities, reporting needs, and operational impacts across connected enterprise systems.
- Contribute to enablement efforts by helping develop job aids, knowledge articles, communications, training content, and support materials that improve user confidence and adoption.
- Use analytics, reporting, support trends, and user feedback to help measure tool effectiveness, surface insights, and recommend practical improvements.
- Stay informed on PPM, Agile, analytics, product management practices, and emerging capabilities, including AI, to support learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, project coordination, operations support, technology support, or a related role; internship or rotational program experience may be considered.
- Hands-on experience with the full Atlassian Cloud suite of tools.
- Foundational understanding of project, program, portfolio management, Agile, Waterfall, or product management concepts, with a willingness to continue learning and expanding expertise.
- Ability to gather information, analyze problems, document requirements, organize details, and bring clear recommendations or options for review.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms, cloud-based tools, reporting dashboards, workflow automation, or enterprise technology products
- Experience in supporting change management, communications, training, adoption, documentation, or user enablement activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, summarize insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
