ORACLE FUSION HR PRODUCT MANAGER

Pay Rate: $90-$120 per hour DOE

Summary:
Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM products. Partner with HR, IT,and business teams to deliver user-friendly solutions that support organizational goals.
Description ORACLE FUSION HR PRODUCT MANAGER- Own the product roadmap, priorities, and lifecycle for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Gather requirements from HR, payroll, talent, and other business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into product features, enhancements, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, releases, and change management.
- Monitor adoption, system performance, and user feedback; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and communications across product initiatives.
Qualifications ORACLE FUSION HR PRODUCT MANAGER- Experience leading HR technology products or Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, or Payroll.
- Experience with product roadmaps, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with HR processes, system integrations, data governance, and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred.
