Position Title: Product Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This is a full-time or part-time contract position, based in the USA, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market
- Define product requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for product improvements
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and gather feedback for product enhancements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to inform product strategy
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of the B2B market is preferred
