THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to join their team and
help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of their product offerings. You will work
cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support
teams to build and improve products that solve real problems and deliver exceptional
value to our clients users.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user requirements and timelines.
Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
Prior experience leading technical initiatives—such as system integrations or API development—is preferred, though not required.
Proven success in delivering customer-facing software products.
Nice to have: Experience leveraging AI tools to generate and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs, improving efficiency and consistency in product development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, or similar.
