Job Summary:
This role seeks a Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered solution that ensures pharmaceutical marketing content adheres to strict regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, and guiding the engineering team through the entire product lifecycle. The ultimate goal is to streamline the MLR review process by enabling compliant-by-design marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven compliance validation.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical customers to understand their MLR review workflows and pain points.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into machine-readable specifications for AI development.
- Design user experiences that effectively integrate AI assistance into the compliance review process.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to manage product delivery and iterate on features.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in building and launching enterprise SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to conduct customer discovery and market analysis to inform product strategy.
Domain / Industry Experience: Candidates must possess hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries, specifically in roles related to advertising and promotion, regulatory review, medical review, or MLR operations.
