Senior Product Manager Marketing Intelligence (MI 360)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Marketing Intelligence (MI 360) products focused on measurement, analytics, and data pipelines. This role requires a unique combination of strong product management expertise, technical data fluency, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Unlike traditional marketing technology roles, this position is not focused on machine learning models, customer data platforms (CDPs), decisioning, or orchestration. Instead, the successful candidate will own products that enable marketing measurement, reporting, and data-driven insights across the organization.
This role reports to the same leadership team as the Decisioning organization but supports a distinct engineering and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Marketing Intelligence (MI 360) products.
- Lead the development of marketing measurement and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and delivery roadmaps.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, engineering, analytics, and leadership.
- Drive alignment among teams while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Serve as the primary product owner throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
- Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise software or data products.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Experience working with data pipelines, analytics platforms, or data-intensive products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical architecture.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building products for Marketing Intelligence or Marketing Analytics platforms.
- Background working with enterprise data ecosystems and measurement frameworks.
- Experience partnering closely with data engineering and analytics teams.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- Experience in large enterprise or Fortune 500 environments.

The primary focus is marketing measurement, reporting, analytics, and supporting data pipelines.

- On-site five days per week
Compensation
- Salary and level aligned with comparable Senior Product Management positions within the Decisioning organization.
