ABOUT THE COMPANY

You will be joining a scaled, global manufacturer and solutions provider serving the retail and distribution ecosystem. The business operates across multiple facilities internationally and combines high-volume manufacturing with a growing portfolio of engineered products, services, and technology-enabled solutions. The culture is hands-on and performance-driven, with real investment in process improvement, supply base development, and modernizing how products and services are delivered.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own this category. Strategy, roadmap, P&L, and everything in between. You'll report to the Head of Segment for Material Handling and work cross-functionally with sales, R&D, operations, and global counterparts to drive growth across the North American market.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in a Product Manager or similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with material handling carts or shelving
• 5+ years in retail or supplying the retail/grocery market (you understand how stores move product)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
• Comfortable traveling 25–50%, passport required
• Local to the Greater Charlotte area preferred
