    Description

    Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define and own the product roadmap for microturbine systems and distributed energy solutions.
    • Lead long-term product strategy for the U.S. market, incorporating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial opportunities.
    • Prioritize engineering change requests and product enhancements.
    Product Lifecycle Management
    • Manage day-to-day product lifecycle questions and decisions.
    • Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) release and review processes.
    • Ensure product documentation, manuals, and instructions are updated and compliant with U.S. standards.
    • Support design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement activities.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and systems engineering teams to guide product development.
    • Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure product readiness and operational alignment.
    • Provide product training for internal and external stakeholders.
    Market & Customer Insight
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and positioning.
    • Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into detailed product specifications.
    • Support pilot deployments, field validation, and customer feedback loops.
    • May support pricing strategy, customer proposals, and technical sales efforts.
    New Product Development
    • Define specific design targets, features, functions, and pricing.
    • Provide fact-based insights and recommendations from market data.
    • Support commercialization and scaling of new technologies.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical commercial roles.
    • Experience with power generation, turbomachinery, distributed energy, or industrial equipment.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
    • Proven ability to manage complex hardware-based products through full lifecycle development.
