Client is transforming how residents interact with government services. We are seeking Product Mangers to help lead discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products that improve customer experience, modernize operations, and increase service efficiency across the DMV.
Product Managers will work directly with customers, frontline staff, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify problems, validate solutions, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role reports to the Product Owner and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned products and initiatives.
Successful candidates have experience launching, improving, or modernizing digital products and understand how to balance customer needs, operational realities, technical constraints, and business goals. They are comfortable making decisions, driving delivery, and using evidence rather than assumptions to guide product direction.
