  • Lead design reviews, solution reviews, and prioritization discussions to drive well-informed product decisions.

  • Incorporate store feedback, operational readiness, qualitative insights, and quantitative data into product strategy and decision-making.

  • Influence cross-functional teams and negotiate feature approaches without direct reporting authority.

  • Monitor product health and performance after launch, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical fluency and the ability to evaluate system architecture, technical dependencies, and solution trade-offs.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without formal authority.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Relevant experience within a retail, consumer products, consulting, or SaaS organization.
