Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience with a proven track record of creating and delivering product roadmaps from ideation to launch and ongoing support, including but not limited to: problem framing, success criteria definition, journey, data, and systems mapping, concept creation, prototyping, requirements documentation, backlog prioritization and management, delivery, and ongoing health measurement and management. Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and cross functional partners, including negotiating feature approach without formal authority, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and managing the coordination of timelines, dependencies, and risk across multiple workstreams to deliver high quality impactful experiences.
