    Description

    As the Product Manager, Inventory Planning, you will help shape the future of Best Buy's forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning capabilities. You'll partner with business, engineering, data, supply chain, and implementation teams to support the transformation and modernize how inventory is planned and managed across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, data-driven product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and delivering business value through technology and process innovation.

    This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota.

    What you'll do
    • Define product strategy and priorities for inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment capabilities
    • Translate business needs into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes
    • Partner across inventory, supply chain, merchandising, engineering, and data teams to align on future-state solutions
    • Support implementation activities, including design, testing, deployment, and adoption
    • Use data and business insights to improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and planning efficiency

    Basic qualifications
    • 2 years of product management or related experience in a business, operations, technology, or
