Pay Range: $115/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for Generative AI and Agentic AI products.
• Lead technical products from conception and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Identify high-value customer use cases and translate business requirements into product features and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, research, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and multi-agent systems to identify product opportunities.
• Drive the development of data-driven insights and analytics capabilities that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Define product success metrics, monitor adoption and performance, and use customer feedback and analytics to prioritize enhancements.
• Communicate product strategy, technical requirements, priorities, and business impact to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, or large language model-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical product development, product roadmaps, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience working with insights, analytics, data platforms, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with cloud AI technologies.
• Understanding of agentic workflows, AI orchestration, LLM applications, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience defining product strategy and translating complex technical capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
• Ability to use data, customer insights, and product metrics to drive prioritization and product decisions.
