Product Manager III to lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for consumer-facing digital applications and services. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, UX, engineering, development, and production support teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
product management, pricing, promotions, offers, digital sales/e-commerce, and customer-facing applications, along with a solid technical background in APIs, integrations, data analysis, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, UX, engineering, development, and production support teams.
- Lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for consumer-facing digital services and applications.
- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements related to pricing, promotions, and offers.
- Identify user needs and recommend improvements to the customer experience across digital sales channels.
- Partner with intake and engagement teams to perform impact analysis and document implementation approaches for promotions, offer sets, and business use cases.
- Define and document promotion and offer rules, including eligibility requirements, in collaboration with UX and engineering teams.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps based on business value, customer impact, and priorities.
- Lead feature reviews, refinement sessions, and provide guidance to development and UX teams.
- Work with AI tools to help automate business and technical requirements and understand methods for evaluating AI-generated output and accuracy.
- Participate in Daily Scrum meetings and perform post-deployment validation and sign-off on deliverables.
- Analyze applications and extract data from databases and enterprise applications for investigation and reporting.
- Understand API integrations, troubleshoot applications, and provide technical input to engineering teams.
- Translate high-level business and process goals into detailed requirements, workflows, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans for executive, technical, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Digital Product Manager, or Product Owner.
- 7+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Services, or related industries.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with subscription-based consumer products or services.
- Experience with digital commerce, customer acquisition, promotions, or bundled product offerings.
- Experience using AI/GenAI tools for business or technical process automation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Candidates with backgrounds in
