JOB TITLE: Product Manager III/Demand Planner
LOCATION: Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
DURATION: 12 Months (potential extension)
PAY RANGE: $64 - $74/hr.

Task Breakdown and Workflow:
  • Forecast Management (60%)
    • Own and manage all forecast inputs (sales curve, baselines, and promo lifts) and build forward-looking forecasts based on historical and channel-driven adjustments.
    • Create all promotional forecasting, including scenario models as needed by channel owners to drive strategic decisions.
    • Oversee and conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, including YoY comparisons, attainment tracking, and mix shifts.
    • Provide day-to-day and week-to-week forecasting and sales reporting support to Retail sales channel owners.
    • Create net-short analysis and manage inventory allocation during end-of-sale planning, limiting overhang risk.
    • Manage and update all forecast systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Program Management (40%)
    • Create and manage a workback schedule for every forecasting cycle, holding channel owners accountable for executing inputs and meeting deadlines.
    • Meet with channel owners to review baselines, gather feedback, incorporate changes, and document assumptions for bridging and assumption-tracking purposes.
    • Lead recurring forecast inspection meetings with channel owners to review performance against forecast and align on required actions.
    • Ensure that assumptions and forecasting methodologies are standardized across marketplaces, influencing channel owners to follow these processes including emerging/new businesses as well as existing ones.
    • Own the forecast narrative and final documents, bridging changes between forecasting and explaining variances.
    • Lead Global Retail Demand Reviews.

Must-Have Hard Skills:
