    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.

    • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

    • Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience leveraging AI to enhance product definition and delivery and experience delivering developer APIs to scale adoption.

    • Experience defining and shipping user experiences on mobile devices including wearables.

    • Experience integrating AI technologies into user experiences.

    • User-centered design experience.

    • Proven track record for product delivery and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and across a distributed team.

    • Self-sufficiency working with data and doing data analysis.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world"s information. We"re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

    As a Product Manager for Consumer and Developer Experiences on Watch Software, you will define how millions of users stay effortlessly informed and connected from their wrists. Smartwatches provide an immediate, intimate window into personal communication, where interactions must be instantaneous, glanceable, and reliable.

    In this role, you will drive an end-to-end product strategy and execution for communications. You will drive hero features for Pixel Watch while delivering scalable, platformized solutions for global OEM partners and developers.

We provide the core Android experience, tailored specifically for wearables. The age of wearable computing is upon us and Wear OS is at the forefront of creating a place for users, hardware manufacturers, and app developers to come together and help make lives simpler and more seamless.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the area"s overall business objectives. Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business impact.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business) to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows. Ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
    • Monitor key product metrics and gather user feedback to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders spanning across geographies. Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to all parties involved.
    • Lead launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders. And comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
