    Job Overview

    TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

    The Product Manager role will be responsible for product revenue, executing new product introductions, profitability, and product definition with key applications for the Data Connectivity product line (~$20M annual revenue, with an expected growth to ~$100M in 5 years).

    What your background should look like:

    The drivers to successfully getting the business to the next phase of growth, include:

    Gaining market share with high-speed connectivity solutions (Ethernet, cameras, antenna, radar and LiDAR interconnects) across Agriculture, Construction, and On-highway markets

    Influence cross-functional teams to scale new product portfolios profitably, driving operational efficiency and optimization of cable assembly footprint

    Develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other product lines and BUs to create cross-selling synergies

    Build out product roadmaps in technically complex market environments, aligning with key accounts to create differentiation in target applications

    Assess and articulate opportunities with new technological trends (ADAS, sensors, backbone architectures), ensuring long-term pipeline growth and enabling the sales force to capture new opportunities

    Build a culture of continuous improvement leveraging best practices and metrics to drive year-over-year improvements in project execution

    Responsibilities

    Execution

    Translate product strategy and roadmap into tactical plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives, including revenue, market share, gross margin, and operating income

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new product introductions and meet customer requirements in demanding applications

    Maintain a strong product and opportunity pipeline, driving accountability across functions to ensure on-time execution that secures revenue growth

    Engage closely with strategic customers and industry trends to understand evolving data connectivity needs and influence future product requirements

    Support sales and account management with Requests for Quote (RFQ) by providing product information, pricing, lead time, or other relevant information

    In partnership with Global Sales and Marketing, influence go-to-market strategy including pricing, positioning, and promotion while strengthening customer relationships

    Address supply chain priorities for the product line, including lead time, localization, and manufacturability

    Strategy

    Analyze market and industry trends, Voice of Customer (VOC), and the competitive landscape; translate insights into product line strategies and actionable plans

    Support execution of the strategic plan, influencing and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver results

    Support the development of mid- to long-term product roadmaps aligned to key applications and customer architectures

    Drive portfolio expansion into integrated connectivity solutions, supporting reliability in harsh environments and ease of system integration

    What your background should look like:

    At least 3 years of experience in industry (Sensors, Semiconductor, Electrical / Mechanical Components & Systems)

    Minimum of 4-year technical or business degree required

    Experience in automotive and/or industrial and commercial transportation markets helpful

    Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets

    Clear, strategic thinker with strong execution capability

    Demonstrated commercial, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset

    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to build credible cross-functional relationships

    Willingness to travel for customer visits, presentations, and field support
