Job Description:

Product Manager

Location: Glendale, California (Partial Remote)

Contract: 12 months, possible extensions ups to 24 months

Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the development and scaling of digital software products. This role involves recognizing customer needs, creating a product vision, building roadmaps, and executing the product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale products by defining vision, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and execution.
  • Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
  • Lead cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Communicate clearly to provide direction through written and verbal updates.
  • Manage and update user-facing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including digital software development.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability with data-driven thinking, enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer-facing services.
  • Experience within the hospitality or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with analytics and research tools such as Adobe, Contentsquare, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of experimentation, design, DevOps, and test automation principles.
