Product Manager - Engineered Materials/Electronics - MA

This role is responsible for growing sales and profitability for a portfolio of advanced engineered materials by supporting product strategy, market analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and new product development. The individual serves as a key link between customers, field sales, engineering, and product management to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

The company partners with OEMs and engineers to solve complex challenges related to heat dissipation, electromagnetic interference, and electronic system reliability in cutting-edge technologies

Description

• Drive growth and profitability across assigned product lines.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Recommend and support new product development initiatives.
• Create and deliver product training for customers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Support field sales with pricing, customer strategy, and account development.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
• Develop and execute product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist with strategic pricing initiatives.
• Participate in or lead new product development teams.
• Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Develop product literature, catalogs, and technical marketing materials.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, product management, and sales teams.

Profile

• 2-5+ years of experience in technical sales, product management, applications engineering, or business development.
• Experience selling or supporting engineered materials, electronic components, specialty materials, or industrial products.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and sales teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience evaluating markets, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative personality who can work across engineering, operations, marketing, and sales functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
