Product Manager - DORA

Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location - US O'Fallon, MO

Project Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Resilience & Risk Technology Leader to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, technology risk management, operational resilience, and large-scale transformation programs across global financial institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of regulatory regimes (e.g., DORA, PSD3, ECB guidance, SIPS).
• Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, cross-border regulatory or risk technology programs.
• Strong communication and influence with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills; capable of balancing regulatory detail with architectural vision.
• Fluency with resilience principles (e.g., SLOs, RTO/RPO, failover) and secure-by-design practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate the synthesis of risk/control evidence, reporting, and streamline recurring issue management routines

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience.
• Proven leadership in regulatory, risk, or technology transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in resilience engineering, risk management, and secure architecture practices.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within risk and compliance functions.

Note: The pay range for this role is $115,000- $125,000 per annum USD including any bonuses or variable pay.
