    Role Overview
    We are looking for a Product Manager with strong AI/GenAI experience to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven products.
    This role requires someone who can translate business problems into AI-powered solutions, work closely with engineering and design teams, and deliver impactful products. The ideal candidate combines product thinking, technical understanding of AI, and strong execution skills.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI/GenAI initiatives
    • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and use cases
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build AI-powered features
    • Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value
    • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and outcomes
    • Monitor product performance and optimize based on data and feedback
    Required Skills & Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in product management
    • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products in recent projects
      IVR experience
    • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and use cases
    • Experience working with engineering and data science teams
    • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, etc.)
    • Background in technical or data-driven products
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
