Product Manager

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :

Experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare environment. This role owns product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery across pharmacy digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for digital pharmacy platforms. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization. Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. Drive improvements across patient journeys (prescriptions, refills, scheduling, notifications, payments). Use data and customer insights to guide prioritization and improve user experience. Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and release planning. Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Experience with digital pharmacy or patient engagement platforms. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and scalable digital architectures.

Salary Range-$110,000-$170,000 a year
