Product Manager

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a technology organization to identify a Product Manager in Dallas. This role is onsite and will support new product development across software, hardware, data, and customer-facing solutions.

This position is ideal for a founder-minded builder who has taken products from idea to launch and can connect product decisions to revenue, adoption, and business outcomes. The right person will be highly hands-on, customer-facing, and comfortable operating without heavy structure.

Required:

• 0 to 1 product building experience, with clear personal ownership from idea through launch
• Proven impact on revenue, adoption, or commercial outcomes
• Strong customer-facing instincts, including direct discovery and feedback gathering
• Ability to operate across product, sales, strategy, operations, design, and engineering
• High ownership, strong communication, and comfort in ambiguous startup-style environments

Preferred:

• B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company experience
• Former founder, early-stage operator, or strategy/BizOps background that moved into product
• Experience working with cross-functional pods or small product teams
• Strong business fluency, including growth levers, P&L thinking, positioning, and go-to-market
• Ability to prototype, test ideas quickly, and help shape internal product practices
