Product Manager – Customer Account & Identity - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager for a leading consumer electronics retailer in Richfield, MN. This is an 11+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $51.00 - $56.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview: 
This position is on the Customer Account and Identity (CAI) Team, which manages customer identity, account, and account management experiences for both customers and employees. The role will involve general associate product management responsibilities, including front-end and back-end development collaboration, as well as database creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog
• Create epics and user stories
• Gather requirements and translate business needs for the development team
• Build business cases
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Handle inter-team and external team communications and status reporting

Primary Requirements:

• Experience with requirements gathering and creation
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Storytelling skills to explain the "why " behind the work
• Project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Previous Product Management experience
• Data analysis experience
• Experience using AI tools for productivity
