ITW Specialty Films designs, manufactures and markets specialized coated and/or metalized, films for the Consumer Packaging, Financial Card, Medical Specialty Bag and Security Identification markets. The division leverages unique core competencies and technologies in films, foils, laminates, holography and transfers to address customer needs globally.
Position Summary
ITW Specialty Films is seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth, strategy and performance of our Financial Card product segment within our global portfolio. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of product management or related experience who can operate independently, drive strategic initiatives and take ownership of product line performance.
The Product Manager will partner closely with Sales, R&D, Operations and Marketing to define and execute product strategies, lead new product development initiatives and deliver profitable growth. This individual will play a key role in translating customer and market insights into actionable product plans while managing the product portfolio through its lifecycle.

In addition, our benefits include paid vacation, sick, holiday and parental leave. Base salary range for this position is $93,000-$110,000. This position is also eligible to participate in the bonus incentive program. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
