    Title: Jr. Product Change Implementation Consultant

    Location: 550 S Tryon St Charlotte, NC

    Duration: 12 months

    Work Engagement: W2

    Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

    Summary:

    We're looking for a skilled product change implementation manager who will be part of the team that is transforming the Revenue Management platform and delivering strategic capabilities to enhance pricing strategy, strengthen governance, minimize manual touchpoints & revenue leakage and drive adoption across Sales and Product. The core capabilities are being built in partnership with an external vendor (providing the core platform), Wells Fargo Tech and Product teams. The candidate will also be responsible for designing the functional testing plans (e.g. UAT), performing user testing and supporting production readiness activities (such as training plans, target operating model documentation, production support etc.) as defined by Wells Fargo enterprise standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Tool Rollout, Onboarding & Migration

    • Design and execute Sales rollout strategies, including pilots, phased deployments, change champion programs, and train-the-trainer initiatives.

    • Develop and manage onboarding journeys, including user personas, training curricula, training materials, office hours, and hypercare support models.

    • Support migration planning from legacy pricing and billing systems, including data mapping, readiness assessments, controls, and validation activities.

    • Establish adoption metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

    • Identify and remove adoption barriers to accelerate user engagement and platform utilization.

    Testing & Production Readiness

    • Design and manage functional testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing plans.

    • Execute user testing, document results, and ensure business requirements are validated.

    • Log, track, and monitor defects and enhancement requests through resolution.

    • Support production readiness activities, including training plans, operating model documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-launch support.

    Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary business liaison with external vendors to align on scope, timelines, service levels, quality standards, and deliverables.

    • Collaborate with partners across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk & Controls to deliver integrated business solutions.

    • Facilitate stakeholder communications, status updates, demonstrations, and executive reporting.

    Execution & Change Leadership

    • Lead change management activities for large-scale transformation initiatives.

    • Drive disciplined program execution through governance routines, status tracking, issue management, and risk mitigation.

    • Champion traceability and quality through sprint reviews, UAT governance, defect management, and continuous improvement practices.

    • Build stakeholder alignment and support organizational readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

    • Proven experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Product roles, with measurable impact on revenue optimization.

    • Experience as a Change analyst rolling out pricing/deal tools to Sales, including user onboarding and migration from legacy systems.

    • Familiarity with pricing platforms or price optimization tools

    • Strong vendor management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Technology and Operations.

    • Comfortable partnering with Treasury Management Sales and/or Relationship Managers and conducting product walkthroughs or demos

    • Fluency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus) and in building KPI dashboards for adoption and performance.

    • Demonstrated change management capability (communications, training assets, super-user networks, executive updates).

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and executive-ready storytelling.

    • Experience with treasury management/deposit pricing, FTP methodologies, and profitability frameworks. (preferred)

    • Background integrating pricing tools with billing/approval workflows and data pipelines. (preferred)

    • Agile delivery experience (backlog management, sprint cadence, UAT leadership).
