The Product Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives through influence and structured planning. This role is primarily accountable for driving product line growth and profitability throughout the product lifecycle. Key metrics include product line revenue, margin, and vitality. While the Product Manager does not have direct authority over commercial, technical, and operations resources, the role requires active collaboration and engagement with these teams to achieve business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage product line performance. Including revenue and margin

Apply 8020 principles to optimize product offerings and manage lifecycle complexity

Develop, execute, and maintain product line strategies, product plans, and roadmaps based on market insights

Define, launch, and track all new product offerings

Create and implement product line marketing plans

Lead and oversee the product development process

Participate in setting overall business strategic direction

Participate in executing overall business strategy

All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES

Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

Experience utilizing strategic marketing tools and frameworks

Demonstrated product management experience

Track record of successfully implementing large projects or process improvements

Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Twelve+ years in product management with strong consideration for candidates within the fire industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $99,800.00 - $149,600.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
