    The Product Manager, Tech Hub will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions to optimize routing efficiency and enhance service delivery.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Product Manager, Tech Hub will define the product vision for AI-driven solutions, lead the development of intelligent routing algorithms, and automate dispatch workflows. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams, prioritizing impactful features, optimizing operations with real-time data, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

    REPORTS TO:

    Chief Of Staff To The Chairman1022120BRRegular, Full-time Moderate (15-30%) JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Defines the product vision for AI-driven Dispatch & Routing, aligning it with the overall company strategy
    • Leads the development of AI-powered automation solutions, including efforts to automate dispatch workflows, enhancing dispatch accuracy and reducing delays
    • Collaborates with engineering teams and partners with stakeholders across departments to implement machine learning algorithms and ensure seamless integration of new technologies
    • Integrates AI-based forecasting tools and implements AI models that analyze historical data to anticipate customer needs and forecast service demand
    • Drives automation in the dispatch process by removing manual dependencies and introducing self-learning systems for real-time decision-making
    • Prioritizes features that deliver high-impact results, improving service delivery speed, reducing operational costs, and increasing customer satisfaction
    • Works closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to bring AI and automation into daily dispatch processes
    • Uses real-time performance data to adjust AI models and ensure that dispatch operations are constantly optimized
    • Engages with stakeholders regularly to communicate progress on automation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 5-10 years of related experience
    • Up to 25% travel
    • 18 years of age or older

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics
    • 5+ Years of experience in product management
    • Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the logistics, dispatch, or field service management domains
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders on strategic goals
    • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product decisions and roadmap priorities
    • Experience working with data visualization and AI tools such as Python, Excel, Tableau and ChatGPT

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics preferred
    • Experience with API based tools like the OpenAI Chat Completions tool
