Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Seeking an experienced Product Owner to help build a next-generation lending platform from the ground up. This role is focused on 0-to-1 product development, partnering with business, design, and engineering teams to translate client and business pain points into innovative, scalable solutions. Experience with digital onboarding is an added benefit.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• 7+ years of Product Management experience

• Proven experience building and launching products from concept to market.

• Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user experiences.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Financial services, lending, or fintech experience preferred.
