    Description

    Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Product Manager 4 for their Remote location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
    • Support fellow product managers across the team, particularly during Open Enrollment and other critical delivery periods
    • Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes
    • Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog
    • Communication:
    • Create and deliver clear and compelling presentations to the appropriate audience
    • Collaborate and ensure alignment with vendors partners for product outcomes.
    • Independently convey product strategy clearly through written and verbal communication
    • Strategy and leadership:
    • Define, analyze, and monitor product level KPIs to assess experience performance, identify gaps, and inform iterative improvements
    • Partner closely with UX to inform research, testing, and design decisions that result in intuitive, high quality consumer experiences.
    • Lead a data driven approach to shaping consumer shopping experiences that measurably drive acquisition and retention outcomes
    • Measurability:
    • Utilize tools for web analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases
    • Provide detailed data analysis and ensure that proper user tracking is implemented throughout our web properties
    • Report findings with data visualizations that are compelling and easy to understand

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields
    • Requires at least 5 years of experience in product management or digital sites
    • Three years of experience working in digital analytics and reporting
    • Experience with major web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Google, etc)
