Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who can understand the everyday problems of farmers and design thoughtful easy-to-use solutions to improve our web and mobile apps. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our customers and our engineering team to design features that  a product they will love. The ideal candidate will have grown up on (or worked on) a farm and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires creative solutions and teamwork.

Responsibilities 
  • Actively listen to customers and design appropriate solutions that we can implement to solve their problems.  Overcoming "the farmer-programmer language barrier" is an essential skill.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements
  • Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases
  • Occasionally travel to see farm operations first-hand
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role with a proven track record creating and shipping products or features
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from field workers to software developers
  • Willing and able to travel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Figma

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
