Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months+
Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and employee productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based solutions, and the ability to partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
  • 5–7 years of Product Management experience
  • End-to-end product ownership from strategy through launch
  • Product roadmap development and prioritization
  • Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

AI / Generative AI Experience

  • Experience working on AI, Generative AI, or LLM-powered products
  • Understanding of GPT, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies
  • Experience with AI Assistants, Copilots, Chatbots, AI Agents, or Conversational AI products
  • Knowledge of prompt design, AI evaluation, and model performance metrics
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI concepts such as hallucinations, bias, privacy, and security

Analytics & Technical Skills

  • SQL proficiency for product analysis and reporting
  • Experience with product metrics, KPIs, and experimentation
  • A/B Testing and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams

User Experience

  • Strong collaboration with UX/UI teams
  • Experience improving customer or employee user experiences
  • Focus on product quality, usability, and adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking or Financial Services experience
  • Previous Wells Fargo experience
  • Experience building enterprise AI tools, knowledge management platforms, search products, or employee productivity solutions
