POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of the Product Management team, this role partners with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing Offices, Factories, and Mills to help ensure the integrity of product from sample through bulk production. This individual works closely with cross-functional partners to support seasonal priorities, resolve product issues, and maintain alignment across key milestones and deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain Air table seasonal base throughout product lifecycle - work closely with Design and Fabric teams to receive updates and communicate to cross functional teams in timely manner
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against product and seasonal objectives
Support the management of lead times and key activities from development through store delivery
Partner with Product Testing team to ensure design execution meets Product Standards/RL requirements
Work closely with team to maintain development and production costing for products, ensure all costs are updated, accurate and communicated properly to cross functional teams
Partner with Merchandising and supply chain teams to track production status, shipments schedules and delivery milestones
Identify and escalate risks related to delays, cost fluctuations, or material availability while supporting solutions that uphold brand standards and operational excellence
