About the role

CBRE is seeking an experienced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leader to own a suite of products within our IFM technology stack. You will turn client and account team needs into product strategy, priorities and measurable results. Your accountability spans the product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and building the business case through implementation, adoption and ongoing improvement.

This director-level individual contributor role will lead through influence across Operations, Account Teams, Digital & Technology (D&T), Sales, Solutions and enabling functions. Working alongside a D&T Product Leader, you will bring together the technology, workflows, implementation and support needed for products to succeed in daily IFM delivery.

What you will do

  • Own the business strategy, priorities and performance of your assigned products. Set an outcome-based roadmap aligned with IFM priorities and product objectives.
  • Work directly with clients, account teams and IFM professionals to understand operational problems, validate needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Build business cases with clear benefits, costs and measures of success. Use evidence to make investment recommendations and balance competing priorities.
  • Translate validated needs into business requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria. Partner with D&T on feasibility, roadmap tradeoffs and delivery, while owning business acceptance.
  • Turn capabilities into repeatable offerings with clear scope, implementation methods, training and support. Partner with Sales, Solutions and Finance/Commercial on positioning, value propositions and commercial readiness.
  • Lead operational readiness and adoption with Operations and Account Teams. Establish rollout criteria, address barriers to change and hold launch when business readiness gaps remain.
  • Track adoption, client value, operational performance and product economics. Use results to improve the product and recommend when to scale, reposition or retire it.
  • Align stakeholders around decisions, dependencies and resources. Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly, escalating unresolved issues through product governance

What you bring

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience across IFM, product management, operational transformation or a combination, with substantial experience in IFM service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of IFM operations, facilities engineering and maintenance, and the realities of delivering services across client accounts.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFM technology, including computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), asset management tools and building management systems (BMS).
  • A record of solving complex operational problems, leading programs or transformations, and delivering measurable improvements that teams sustain after implementation.
  • Ability to translate client and account team needs into priorities, requirements and outcomes within a product operating model.
  • Strong business and financial judgment, including the ability to build credible business cases and evaluate value, costs and operational tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, work effectively with technology teams and communicate with senior leaders and frontline teams.

Preferred experience

  • Approximately five years of leadership experience, including leading cross-functional programs, transformations, products or teams.
  • Formal product management experience, including discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization and lifecycle management.
  • Experience standardizing and commercializing an IFM service or technology offering, including implementation, adoption and ongoing support.

Success in your first year

During your first year, you will establish ownership of your assigned products, align stakeholders around their objectives and roadmap, and demonstrate progress against product outcomes and CBRE's and the IFM Product team's OKRs. Specific targets will reflect the products you own, with measures such as adoption, client value, service performance and business results.
