    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Advanced understanding of project and program management processes, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, communication, stakeholder management, and change management.
    • Strong working knowledge of PLM, NPD/NPI, stage-gate governance, product release, and lifecycle decision processes.
    • Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, quality systems, regulatory requirements, service readiness, and production readiness.
    • Knowledge of requirements management, Engineering Change Management, change control, configuration management, document control, and product data governance.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex programs, priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables with limited supervision.
    • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority, resolve conflict, negotiate commitments, and facilitate difficult conversations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level summaries, gate-review packages, presentations, dashboards, and program reports.
    • Ability to identify program risks, schedule constraints, resource gaps, cost concerns, quality issues, and technical dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
    • Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to understand budgets, cost targets, forecasts, business cases, and value-based portfolio tradeoffs.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with PLM, ERP, project management, scheduling, document-control, requirements, or reporting systems preferred.
    • Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, requirements, bills of material, release documentation, quality records, and customer requirements.
    • May require travel to customer sites, supplier locations, field locations, manufacturing facilities, industry events, or other NOV locations.
    • Must maintain confidentiality and comply with all NOV safety, quality, business conduct, and HSE requirements.
