We have an exciting opening for a Product Line Manager located in New Hope, MN. This position is responsible for supporting a comprehensive product strategy within Compact Power, from product conception through the entire life cycle for a single product line typically within a single region within a small division of a product group.
Your main responsibilities would include -
Responsible for the product line (product, promotion, pricing, and channel) for a defined portfolio of products to drive sales and margin expansion.
Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy including leading the multi-generational product roadmap development process in line with division strategic plans and defining customer requirements/needs and government & regulatory standards.
Ownership of the product life cycle management of the product portfolio including conducting complexity and reduction analysis.
Participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies.
Develop product value propositions and be accountable for new product launches.
Investigates market needs for innovative products and works with engineering to appropriately prioritize product development efforts for the product line.
Support customer segmentation through various means such as conducting market research, monitoring competitors and maintaining product literature, catalogs, technical bulletins, etc.
Attend customer visits, sales conferences, trade shows, as required.

Competitive Compensation
Pay Range: $88,000 to $146,400 annually
