Eaton's GEIS division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager - Industrial Fittings. This is a hybrid role for our Syraucse, NY, Moon Township, PA, or Dallas, TX facilities. Relocation within the United States is offered for this position.
Eaton's Crouse Hinds series Industrial Fittings include a broad range of products designed for wire management in industrial applications, including conduit fittings for harsh and hazardous environments. Our time tested, industry leading portfolio provides specifiers, contractors, and facility owners piece of mind that their conduit system is built to last. The Product Line Manager for the Industrial Fittings product line provides leadership in the formulation of product line strategy and action programs to enhance sales growth and profitability. The Product Line Manager (PLM) must have strong knowledge of our customers, understand their needs, as well as a thorough understanding of the dynamics of selling these products in the marketplace.
This is a leadership role with high visibility and a chance to dynamically move the needle in an emerging marketplace experiencing explosive growth. The incumbent will own the overall global product and pricing strategy, as well as be responsible for the team's efforts in maximizing sales, profitability and continuing Crouse-Hinds' world class customer satisfaction and relations. Eaton has made significant operational investments in this product line; the product line manager will be responsible for taking advantage of that investment by driving market share growth.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The proven ability to drive innovation from ideation (product road-mapping) through phase gate processes (ProLaunch), identification of product adjacencies, identification and execution of cost savings initiatives through VA/VE & product rationalization, are highly valued. The successful candidate will have ambition, drive, strong technical and manufacturing knowledge, and experience in the product management arena. A highly entrepreneurial sense of urgency along with a passion for the industry is desirable, along with a drive to grow both personally and professionally.
