This role exists to bring disciplined product planning, lifecycle clarity, and customer-backed direction to every category move.What you'll lead:- Gather and assess new product ideas from customers, Sales, suppliers, events, and competitive research- Monitor sales, margin, customer feedback, and market insights to spot growth opportunities and improvement needs- Make lifecycle recommendations-launch, update, streamline, or discontinue-based on performance and strategy- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development to capture insights and uncover new opportunities- Track trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help protect and extend our market leadershipWhat you bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field- 3–5 years of experience in product merchandising, product management, category management, marketing, or similar work- Preferred: experience in apparel, footwear, workwear, industrial products, or consumer goods- Preferred: experience with market analysis, competitive analysis, and product planningIf you're ready to help steer the next big product call, apply now.Your RewardsMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k)Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Competitive SalaryPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Discounts
