Job Title : Product Innovation Strategist

Location : Edison, NJ (Remote)

Job Description:

What You'll Do

• As a Product Innovation Strategist at LTM Interactive you will lead the design and execution of product innovation strategies across the entire product lifecycle You will collaborate with clients and crossfunctional teams to define product vision facilitate workshops using frameworks like Design Thinking and Liberating Structures and mentor teams in applying agile and other delivery methodologies You will also take ownership of product strategyguiding prioritization decisionmaking and execution to ensure alignment between business goals user needs and technical feasibility

• Delivered measurable business outcomes through innovative product strategies and lifecycle management
• Facilitated highimpact workshops that drove alignment and accelerated product discovery and delivery
• Mentored teams to adopt agile and hybrid methodologies improving delivery efficiency and collaboration
• Defined and executed product roadmaps that balanced market insights user research and business objectives
• Built strong client relationships and influenced strategic decisions across complex stakeholder environments

What You Bring to the Table

• 5 years of experience in consulting product strategy or innovation roles
• Proven ability to lead workshops and apply frameworks such as Design Thinking JobstobeDone and Liberating Structures
• Expertise in project methodologies agile lean hybrid and experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of both market research competitive analysis trends and user research interviews usability testing
• Creative and systems thinking skills to solve complex problems and connect business technology and user needs
• Prior experience in product management with a strong sense of product ownership and lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of product strategy frameworks such as Value Proposition Canvas Business Model Canvas Opportunity Solution Tree and ProductMarket Fit models
• Proficiency in innovation and facilitation frameworks such as Design Thinking Liberating Structures and JobstobeDone
• Experience with digital product development and emerging technologies
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including design engineering and business stakeholders

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 130,000.00 to 170,000.00 per year
