What You Can Expect

Zoom is hiring five dedicated PLG (Product-Led Growth) Marketing Leads to own organic growth for five of its highest-priority AI products - each role reporting directly into the CEO org.

This is an individual contributor role at the intersection of product marketing, organic growth, and AI-native content creation. You'll shape how users discover and adopt Zoom's productivity products-from product insight through content creation, distribution, and measurement. This is an organic-only role-there is no paid activation budget. All growth will be driven through content, SEO/AEO, social, and conversion optimization.

About the Team

The Zoom productivity team is building a new AI-native way to work-helping users move faster from conversation and ideation to polished, editable deliverables. As the product grows, this role will help more users understand its value and adopt it in their daily work. We're a product-led team looking for someone with sharp product judgment, hands-on content execution, and a genuine understanding of how people work and what earns their attention.

Responsibilities - Focus: Acquisition & Sign-up

• Develop deep working knowledge of Zoom's productivity products: who uses them, what problems they solve, how they compare to alternatives, and where their real advantages lie.
• Translate product positioning and messaging for PLG audiences that starts with the user problem, not the feature list-translating product capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented value.
• Own end-to-end content creation and publication-including demos, tutorials, comparisons, social posts, emails, and web copy-from concept through measurement.
• Use AI tools across the full content workflow-research, scripting, demo creation, editing, and iteration-to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Own the acquisition and sign-up funnel: build a repeatable content and distribution engine to drive organic discovery, landing page conversion, and sign-up completion.
• Optimize landing pages, signup flows, and run CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Execute SEO and AEO content to improve organic discoverability and drive qualified traffic.
• Create and distribute platform-native content across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram Reels-matching format and depth to each platform's audience while maintaining Zoom brand guidelines.
• Track what's working using engagement, trial, subscription, and adoption signals-then use those findings to improve content and calls to action.
• Partner with Online Marketing on email campaigns and in-product activation-ensuring messaging consistency and coordinated user journeys.
• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to keep product stories accurate and moving at the pace of product development.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years PLG experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or social content, with focus on digital products (SaaS, AI tools, productivity platforms, or creator products).
• Strong product instincts: ability to identify the most important user problems, recognize genuine differentiators, and turn those into product stories that are simple, specific, and credible.
• Practical fluency using AI tools for research, scripting, demo creation, video editing, and content iteration-demonstrated through shipped work, not just familiarity.
• Demonstrated ability to personally create and publish end-to-end work: product videos, screen-recorded demos, and social content for digital products.
• Strong understanding of how audiences, content formats, and distribution differ across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn-with demonstrated depth on multiple platforms.
• Track record of building from scratch: cold-starting a content channel, product launch, or distribution system and driving it forward through ambiguity (candidates who have built and grown their own content channels with measurable results are encouraged to apply).
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and scrappy execution: a willingness to test unconventional approaches, learn from what doesn't work, and iterate quickly without needing perfect conditions or established playbooks.
• Experience at an AI-native, SaaS, productivity, or creator-product company is preferred-though not required if the work demonstrates the right instincts and execution ability.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
