Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator
Location: Flower Mound, Texas or Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extracting and reconciling data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing submissions to third-party compliance evidence providers to meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Researching and responding to customer or sales-related compliance inquiries to support ongoing regulation adherence.
  • Revising compliance documentation to reflect updates and maintain current records.
  • Supporting non-conformance investigations and implementing corrective actions to address compliance issues.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to organize and executing project tasks effectively.
  • Working directly with suppliers to obtain and review environmental compliance evidence, ensuring vendor accountability.
  • Focusing on technical and data management responsibilities without engaging in people management duties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data management, compliance, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication capabilities for engaging with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop processes and solve problems proactively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or manufacturing.
